Fair on the Planet

What is Fair on the Planet?

We're shining a spotlight on the climate crisis.

The products we rely on every day, from coffee to bananas, are under threat. And so are the livelihoods of the people who produce them.

Farmers are facing increasingly unpredictable weather, failing harvests and rising costs, often without the support they need to adapt. And they are being forced to shoulder the burden of a crisis they did little to create.

We believe that has to change.

That's why we're calling on the government to take action. The cost of responding to climate change should not be carried by farmers and workers least able to afford it -  the businesses that profit most must take responsibility for their actions.

What we're asking

We're calling on the government to pass a new law that holds businesses accountable for any abuse or climate damage behind their products. Irresponsible businesses benefiting from global supply chains cannot keep profiting from deforestation, exploitation, and climate damage. They must be held accountable. Voluntary action is no longer enough. Together, we can demand rules that make every business take responsibility. Together, we can level the playing field. Together, we can protect people and planet.
