Request for proposals: Vanilla Living Income Accelerator (LIA) endline evaluation study
The Fairtrade Foundation is recruiting a consultant(s) to carry out an endline evaluation related to the Fairtrade Foundation’s Vanilla Living Income Accelerator (LIA) programme. The study will collect, analyse and present high quality data related to cooperative strengthening and reducing the incidence of child labour.
The main objective of this research study is to provide Fairtrade and programme funders with an understanding of the difference that the Vanilla LIA programme has made to vanilla cooperatives over the past 3 years. This will entail evaluating the extent to which vanilla cooperatives have been strengthened and operations professionalised as a result of the programme, as well as exploring the extent to which child labour incidences have decreased and child protection measures improved.
