This award recognizes a Fair Trade designated school that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to promoting and educating about fair trade. 

This award recognizes the efforts and initiatives of a Fair Trade designated town to promote and advocate for fair trade. 

This award recognizes the efforts and initiatives of a Fair Trade Ambassador to promote, educate about, and advocate for fair trade in their community. 

This award recognizes the efforts of a business to promote Fairtrade through sustainability initiatives and innovative practices in Canada. 

This award recognizes the efforts of a business to improve livelihoods, advance human rights, and promote sustainability in Fairtrade producer communities. 

• Fair Trade Programs Awards:
  Nominated Fair Trade Campuses, Schools, Towns, and Ambassadors must have submitted an application or renewal form in 2024 or 2025.

• Business Awards:
  Eligible nominees are any operators or partners using the FAIRTRADE Mark with sales or promotional activity in Canada, private labels of Canadian licensees, and U.S. traders selling into Canada. 

• Fairtrade Canada staff and Fairtrade Canada Board of Directors members, their affiliations or organizations, contracted partners or suppliers of Fairtrade Canada 
• Applications containing the sale or promotion of non-Fairtrade certified products represented by unaffiliated certification schemes (* only the FAIRTRADE Mark as represented by the international Fairtrade system is eligible) 
• Current judges that are evaluating 2026 applications
