Fairtrade, supported by Agri-Logic, engaged key cocoa sector stakeholders in a thorough review of our LIving Income Reference Price model for cooca in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana starting in 2025, with the aim to enhance the model, better reflect the farmer reality, and ensure the price benchmark remains fit for purpose. This document presents the rationale and revised Living Income Reference Price values, to enter into force at the start of the upcoming cocoa season, in September or October 2026.
