A Different Kind of Team Culture

At Fairtrade, we care not only about what we do but also how we do it. We make an intentional effort to continuously learn how to work more effectively to reach our collective goal of uplifting the lives of farmers and workers. As a team, this looks like a lot of collaboration, a lot of supporting one another, and practicing the listening muscle so we can hear one anothers' feedback as we listen to the needs of our farmer and farming partners.
