Recommendations to support farmers’ incomes and fair commercial relations in the agri-food supply chain

This paper presents evidence-based recommendations for the revision of EU Directive 2019/633 on unfair trading practices (UTPs) in the agri-food supply chain. Despite the Directive's existence, structural power imbalances continue to undermine farmer incomes across the EU and in supplying countries globally.
